Founder & clinical architecture

First contact & care navigation
JT Health is designing a competency-based first-contact layer: the right qualified professional at the right time, subject to symptoms, risk, jurisdiction, professional scope and care context.
Navigate, do not overpromise
The proposed pathway may lead to physiotherapy, medicine, dentistry, nursing, psychology, dietetics or another validated profession. No universal direct-access availability is implied.
Safety before speed
Red flags, acute risk, unclear progression or scope limits trigger the defined medical, in-person or emergency escalation route.
AI supports, people remain accountable
AI may structure intake, identify missing information and explain possible routes. It does not autonomously diagnose, authorise treatment or bypass required referrals.

Outcomes before technology
AI, robotics, VR, sensors or automation move forward only when JT Health can test a measurable clinical benefit, workflow advantage, capacity gain or economic value.
Digital while appropriate
Suitable pathways may begin with digital support. Missed progress thresholds, red flags or uncertainty trigger personal clinical review.
Accountability stays human
Qualified professionals retain clinical responsibility. Low-risk administrative automation is introduced gradually with permissions, sources, version, timestamp, action and override recorded.
Make value testable
Future models connect episodes of care, outcomes, utilisation and cost. They remain design hypotheses until legal, clinical and commercial validation is complete.
Connect the care timeline
The planned architecture links findings, goals, PROMs, functional re-tests, adherence, escalation and approval over time. It is not presented as a live product capability.
Show sources and limits
Clinical support is designed to reference approved data and evidence, surface uncertainty and keep the accountable professional visible.
Safety beyond one model
Policy, permissions, constraints, personalisation and multimodal decision support form the intended core; foundation models remain replaceable components.

We are preparing 10 free pilot places for qualified healthcare professionals and clinical teams. Registering interest is not an activation or a guarantee of selection.
Selection by professional fit
Selection considers professional qualifications, a suitable test use case and willingness to provide feedback. This is not a random giveaway. The free 90-day period begins on individual activation, after readiness and required approvals.
Test together, learn safely
The pilot includes an introduction and structured feedback on usability, unclear outputs and errors. Timing, time commitment and feedback format are agreed in writing before activation. Until clinical and legal suitability is established, only synthetic test cases are permitted. No patient care or real health data.
Free, with no automatic renewal
Pilot access ends after 90 days without an automatic paid subscription. A regular free 30-day trial is planned once a stable test version is ready; it is not available yet. Prices for later products remain open. Instagram sharing and financial support are voluntary and do not affect selection.
