Executive coordination

Prospective role · CEO Assistant / Operations
Johannes Tober is building JT Health alongside an active physiotherapy practice: a modular, human-led clinical operating model for musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation. The prospective CEO Assistant would help translate vision into reliable operations, partner communication and international validation work.
The role combines executive assistance with hands-on operations. It is designed for someone who can create calm, clarity and continuity in an early-stage environment.
Own calendars, priorities, meeting preparation, concise briefing notes and reliable follow-ups.
Coordinate itineraries, accommodation, entry requirements, insurance checks and on-the-ground logistics.
Maintain professional communication with clinics, technology partners, investors, sponsors and local contacts.
Turn open topics into clear options, deadlines, owners and next actions without making clinical decisions.
Handle sensitive business information with discretion, careful access control and appropriate documentation.
Help establish repeatable operating routines for a young, internationally oriented health venture.
This is a conversation framework, not an automated screening checklist. Relevant strengths may come from different professional backgrounds.
Confident written and spoken communication; German is valuable but not mandatory for an initial conversation.
Strong prioritisation, calendar discipline, meeting preparation and follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
Comfort handling confidential information and knowing when to act, verify, escalate or pause.
Interest in healthcare, technology and cross-cultural work; travel readiness can be agreed individually.
Able to work constructively with changing priorities while preserving clear records, boundaries and commitments.
Technology supports people and clinical teams; it does not replace accountable professional decisions.
The opportunity is being validated. No travel, employment or compensation commitment exists until the scope is agreed in writing.
Remote work is preferred for many operational tasks, with selected in-person days in Vienna and optional international travel where useful.
A project-based or part-time start is possible. A permanent position may follow if there is mutual fit, stable financing and a durable workload.
Compensation, hours, travel days, expenses, insurance and responsibilities are discussed directly with Johannes and confirmed in writing.
Completed trips: Switzerland on 17–19 September, the USA from 23 September to 1 October, and Berlin on 12–14 October 2026. Material from the US trip is in production. No further roadshow stops are currently confirmed. Confirmed trips and current status
Qualified meetings · clear business value · confirmed funding · entry and insurance review · current safety assessment
What matters
01Outcomes and people come before technology.
02Commitments, costs and responsibilities are documented before action.
03Clinical decisions remain with qualified professionals.
04Administrative automation is limited by permissions, audit trails and human override.
05The final hiring decision is always made personally, never by an automated score.
